SIFTER

SALIENT FEATURES

  • It consists of 1.5 HP / 3ph / 380 V / 1440RPM TEFC motor coupled to an unbalanced counter weight through a specially designed flexible coupling.

  • The sifter is provided with one deck made from 1.6 mm thk. SS 316 consisting of bottom hopper, intermediate piece and top hopper.

DE-BURRING & DE-DUSTING UNIT

DESCRIPTION

Simple, tiny, table top unit suitable for straight attachment to the tabletting machine’s spout for de-burring and de-dusting of tablets. The unit cinsists of inlet, outlet, stainless steel vibratory screens, Poly carbonate cover, vacuum connection nozzels, compressed air connection and magnetic coil house in stainless steel body.

    OPERATION

  • Tablets fall directly from the tabletting machine onto top plate and vibrate around the perforated plate, turning over several times, until they fall through aperture onto the next plate-after traveling approximately 3 meters in this phase.
  • Tablet de-dusting and de-burring is performed as the tablet pass over the vibrating multi-level perforated plates. Vibration intensity can be steplessly adjusted by means of knob. Dust is extracted by vacuum or connected to Dust extracting arrangement. On short fall of vacuum, extra filtered compressed air can be blast on tablet to accelerate de-dusting

    CLEAN IN PLACE SYSTEM

  • In consonance with C. G. M. P. Standards, the panning area is partitioned from its technical (mechanical assemblies).
  • Between batches, the pan may be cleaned by water spray and rotating the drum through wash solution contained in the stainless steel sink with drain. Access to the pan is also possible by opening the adequately sized side panels.
  • Optionally, automatic C.I.P. Systems in FLP / Non-FLP construction are also available. A stainless steel manifold with a network of pipes, terminated with high velocity spray nozzles, throughly replicate manual cleaning.

    PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION

    MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION

COATING PAN

  • In the process of coating tablets and confectionaries, the personal skill of the coater needs to be supplemented by a correctly designed, versatile coating pan.
  • Coating pan has been designed after a careful study of the needs of expert such as Rotational Speed, Angle of inclination of pan volume and temperature.
  • The standard pan is elliptical in shape, mounted at 30° angle. Pans in other geometrical shapes and mounting angles, as per requirement, are also manufactured.
  • RPM of the pan is variable. Hot air blower, thermostat controlled to deliver required quantity of air at selected temperatures between 40° C to 80° C is provided.
  • Other models available with:
  • Tilting Mechanism to adjust angle of pan.
  • Polishing pan with canvas lining with quick and easy mounting on to drive hub.

    SPECIAL FEATURES
